The rules for using CaloriePro
By downloading, installing, or using CaloriePro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
CaloriePro is a health and fitness tracking application that allows you to:
⚠️ Important: CaloriePro is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The App provides general information for fitness and nutrition tracking purposes only. You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program, not rely solely on this App for medical decisions, and seek immediate medical attention for any health concerns. Calorie and nutrition data are estimates and may not be 100% accurate.
We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
Your health data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export feature, securing your device with appropriate passwords/biometrics, and understanding that uninstalling the App will delete all data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We provide tools and databases to assist you, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party food databases or calorie burn calculations.
CaloriePro is a one-time purchase from the App Store. Payment is charged to your App Store account at the point of purchase. All features included at the time of purchase are yours to keep.
We may introduce optional premium features or a subscription tier in the future. Any such offering would provide additional functionality beyond the core features included with your original purchase — your existing features will never be locked behind a paywall. Premium services, if introduced, would be offered as a separate, clearly identified in-app purchase or subscription, entirely optional, and would not affect the features you already have access to. We will always be transparent about what is included in the base app and what constitutes an add-on.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
📝 Our Promise: Every feature included at launch is yours forever with a single purchase. No ads, no data collection. If we add premium extras down the line, they will always be optional and clearly separate from the core experience.
You agree NOT to:
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App, use our branding, logos, or trademarks without permission, or create derivative works based on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, but data stored locally on your device remains yours.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's terms and acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
